1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Winners33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Winners33 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://winners33.cam/ and all related services, features, and content.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit bonuses granted to a Player under applicable promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it or associated winings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a Player's identity.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on Winners33, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Winners33 does not permit gambling by persons under 21, and any Account found to have been registered by a minor will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or associate of Winners33, its subsidiaries, or affiliated entities.
• You must not have a self-excluded, suspended, or voluntarily closed Account on Winners33 that has not been formally reinstated by our support team.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Winners33 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all related balances.

When registering, you agree to provide:

• Your accurate full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid, active email address and Malaysian mobile phone number that you own and control.
• A secure, unique password that you will keep confidential and not share with any third party.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. Winners33 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

4.1 KYC Verification

Winners33 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport, and may include proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in temporary account restrictions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Winners33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) are also accepted with minimum deposit equivalent of MYR 30.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Winners33 processes the majority of withdrawals within the following timeframes:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5–15 minutes from approval.
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15–60 minutes from approval during business hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Winners33 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, and to delay or withold payment where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.

5.3 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated and settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Winners33 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Winners33 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money Balance and carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements will be stated explicitly at the time of bonus isuance. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• Winners33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who Winners33 reasonably suspects of exploiting or abusing bonus structures — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk betting — may have their bonuses cancelled and Accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, per IP address, and per payment method.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on Winners33 are subject to the specific rules of each individual game or event, as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or event only.

• All bets are accepted and settled at Winners33's sole discretion. Winners33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on incorrect odds, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bets may not be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the Platform.
• Sports bets are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia, the Premier League for EPL matches).
• In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a live casino session, the outcome of the affected round may be voided. Unsettled bets at the time of interruption will be refunded to the Player's Account Balance.
• The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Winners33 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Winners33 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gambling

Winners33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. We strongly encourage all Players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing.

Players may access the following responsible gambling tools directly from their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic session termination after a set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusions are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Winners33 platform — including but not limited to the logo, branding, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of Winners33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or sell any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of Winners33. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winners33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical errors, system outages, or network interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your negligence in protecting your login credentials.
• Decisions made in reliance on information, odds, or results displayed on the Platform that are subsequently found to be in error.

Winners33's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the preceding thirty (30) calendar days. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights where applicable under Malaysian consumer law.

12 Termination

Winners33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon Account closure for cause, Winners33 reserves the right to withold any Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Voluntary closures are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

13 Amendments

Winners33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Winners33 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by Winners33's licensing authority.

Winners33 operates under applicable international gaming regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an admission that online gambling is legal in any specific jurisdiction, and it remains the Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with laws of their country or territory of residence.
